Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using the payment methods offered on the website. All prices are as displayed and are exclusive of any applicable duties, taxes or fees that may be levied by the destination country (see our Shipping Policy).
6. Shipping
Shipping is subject to the terms set out in our separate Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By placing an order you also agree to the Shipping Policy.
7. Risk and Title
Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery of the goods to the carrier. Title to the goods passes to you only upon full payment and delivery.
8. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns Policy (if any) and applicable law. Shipping costs are non-refundable except where required by law or where we have made an error. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our stated conditions.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan. However, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to elect that these Terms be governed by the laws of Australia instead. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Taiwan, or, at our election, the courts of Australia.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us concerning the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals.
